““Support you can trust.”

With over 25 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families, I bring deep compassion, clinical expertise, and a strong sense of connection to my counseling work. My approach is shaped not only by my professional training, but also by my own lived experiences — as a proud mother of three and as someone who has personally navigated childhood trauma and life transitions. These experiences allow me to meet clients with genuine empathy, understanding, and respect.

I earned my Master’s degree from the University of South Florida, where I developed a strong foundation in child and adolescent development, family systems, and trauma-informed care. Throughout my career, I have worked across K–12 school settings, private practice, and clinical environments, giving me a broad perspective on the emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges individuals and families face at different stages of life.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), life transitions, and emotional or behavioral concerns. In my work with adults, I provide compassionate support for anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life changes, helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves and find a more peaceful, grounded path forward. I also offer parent coaching, partnering with caregivers to build confidence, strengthen family relationships, and support neurodivergent children and teens with practical, effective strategies.

As a longtime member of the community for over 30 years, I value connection, trust, and the importance of strong, healthy families. I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where children, teens, and adults can grow, heal, and thrive.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing pickleball, working out, and reading. I love being outdoors and often recharge by biking, camping, and running — activities that help me stay grounded and present, both personally and professionally.

My approach is warm, client-centered, and collaborative, with a focus on resilience, self-understanding, and empowerment. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen and supported, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they move through life’s transitions with confidence and hope.
