Your first session is an intake appointment where we’ll review your history, discuss your goals for therapy, and create a personalized plan. For children, this may include input from parents or caregivers.
-
Individual therapy sessions are usually 53 minutes. Group sessions may vary in length depending on the program, but most run between 60 and 90 minutes.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A session time is reserved specifically for you, and because we maintain a waiting list, missed sessions affect both your progress and other clients. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee. Please note that insurance does not cover late cancellation fees — the full regular session fee will be charged.
